Suzuki testing DF90 on Petecraft 17
Suzuki Motor Corp launched the new DF90 on a Petecraft 17 Open at a 3 day event at Hilton, Portomaso Marina in Malta. 45 dealers from Holland where invited to try the new engine.
The dealers tried the 17 Open with the 90 HP Suzuki engine DF90. The boat was tested with different loads with 5 to 7 people onboard.
Suzuki dealers where impressed by the boats performance, handling and acceleration as well as the the level of finishing and design.
The boat reached 40.3 mph on the GPS.
Petecraft 14 Open upgraded
In the last week of December Petecraft launched the upgraded version of the 14 Open. The upgrade consisted of fFinetuning the hull which resulted in better acceleration and better plaining with less hoursepower.
The boat was tested with a Mariner 30hp 4-stroke engine and achieved a maximum speed
of 27mph registered on the GPS. Other upgrades include extra seating in front and a place
for a removable table in the front.
